MIRLZAR is a trading name of WISELEYINFINITY LTD (Company No. 17003335), registered at 167-169 Great Portland Street, London W1W 5PF, United Kingdom. This policy applies to all orders placed on mirlzar.com.

1. ORDER PROCESSING

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays) from the date of payment confirmation. You will receive an email confirmation once your order has been dispatched, including your tracking number.

Orders placed after 2:00 PM GMT on Friday will be processed the following Monday. During peak seasons (e.g. Christmas, Black Friday), processing times may extend by 1–2 additional business days.

Note: Processing time is separate from delivery time. Total wait = processing (1–3 days) + delivery time.

2. UK DELIVERY OPTIONS

Standard Delivery — 3–5 business days — £4.99
Express Delivery — 1–2 business days — £9.99
Free Standard Delivery — 3–7 business days — FREE on orders over £150

Free UK shipping is automatically applied at checkout on all orders totalling £150 or more. No discount code required.

3. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY

Europe (EU) — 5–10 business days — £14.99
USA & Canada — 7–14 business days — £19.99
Rest of World — 10–21 business days — £24.99

Important — Customs & Duties: International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or local fees charged by their country upon delivery. These charges are not included in our shipping fees and are determined by your local customs authority. MIRLZAR is not responsible for delays caused by customs clearance.

4. ORDER TRACKING

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel in real time.

You can also track your order at any time by visiting our Track Your Order page at mirlzar.com/pages/track-your-order and entering your order number and email address.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to update after you receive your dispatch confirmation email.

5. DELIVERY ISSUES & LOST PARCELS

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking information. If your parcel appears to be lost or significantly delayed, contact us at contact@mirlzar.com within 30 days of your dispatch date.

MIRLZAR is not responsible for parcels that are delayed or lost due to incorrect delivery addresses provided at checkout. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (e.g. due to an incorrect address or failed delivery attempts), we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. A re-delivery fee may apply.

6. PACKAGING

All MIRLZAR products are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive in perfect condition. Leather jackets are shipped in protective garment bags inside a sturdy outer box. Duffel bags are wrapped in tissue paper and packed securely.

If you receive your order and the packaging is visibly damaged, please photograph it before opening and contact us immediately at contact@mirlzar.com.
