1. RETURNS POLICY

At MIRLZAR, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. We offer a 30-day return window from the date your order is delivered.


2. ELIGIBILITY FOR RETURNS

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

  • Returned within 30 days of delivery
  • Unused, unworn, and in original condition
  • With all original tags attached
  • In original packaging
  • Free from perfume, stains, or damage

Non-returnable items:

  • Items returned after 30 days
  • Used or worn products
  • Missing tags or original packaging
  • Damaged due to customer misuse
  • Custom or personalised items
  • Sale items (unless faulty)

3. CUSTOMER RESPONSIBILITY

  • Customers must ensure proper packaging for returns
  • Items must be in original condition
  • Return shipping cost is paid by customer (unless faulty)
  • Tracked shipping is recommended

We are not responsible for lost or damaged return parcels.


4. HOW TO START A RETURN

Follow these steps:

  2. Include your order number and reason for return
  3. Wait for approval (24–48 business hours)
  4. Pack item securely
  5. Ship using a tracked courier

5. REFUND PROCESSING TIME

  • Return shipping: 3–5 business days
  • Inspection: 3–5 business days
  • Refund processing: 5–10 business days
  • Bank processing: 3–5 business days

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Shipping charges are non-refundable unless item is faulty.


6. FAULTY OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, you are entitled to a full refund or replacement under UK law.

Return shipping will be covered by us for faulty items.


7. EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.


8. ORDER CANCELLATION

If already shipped, you must follow the return process.
